Method of preparation:
• Without pre-thawing, place in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for 40-45 min. Depending on the type of oven, adjust the duration and temperature of baking until a golden crust is reached.
• In a convector preheated to 100°C, without pre-thawing, bake for 5 minutes at 100°C, 60 ml of humidity and 25 minutes at 185°C, 40 ml humidity.
